Blacktail Ring Mutsu Circle

Our best-selling Blacktail Mutsu Circle Hook is now available with a precision-engineered solid ring, designed to reduce drag and allow live bait to swim more freely and naturally.

Blacktail’s precision-engineered solid ring features a finely ground inner edge—unlike standard rings from other manufacturers—designed to significantly enhance knot strength and reduce line abrasion.

The low-profile ring enhances hook performance while minimizing stress on the bait—delivering improved presentation and increased strike rates.

Built with a self-setting offset circle hook design, the Ringed Mutsu Circle Hook is ideal for targeting tuna and other offshore species, providing effortless hooksets.

For finesse scenarios or light-line anchovy fly-lining, Blacktail offers this hook in size #8, perfect for finicky bites when precision matters most.
